A bilateral agreement between TENEX Transport Systems (part of Rosatom’s Sales and Trading Division) and ATA Energy Logistics, a logistics company specializing in the supply of fuel and energy products, was signed in a solemn ceremony on the margins of the World Atomic Week (WAW 2025) international forum on September 25, 2025.
The document was signed by Alexander Zhelnin, CEO of TENEX Transport Systems, and Feyza Ercengiz, CEO of ATA Energy Logistics. The agreement provides for the establishment of long-term cooperation between the parties in the field of international transportation of nuclear materials and radioactive substances, as well as general cargo by road, rail, sea, air and other modes of transport, including multimodal transport.

The partnership opens up new opportunities to improve the reliability of existing logistics routes and develop new ones, exchange expertise in the safety of special cargo transportation, and introduce innovative transportation technologies.
Rosatom’s Sales and Trading Division, headed by Techsnabexport (trading as TENEX), is the world’s largest supplier of nuclear fuel cycle products, providing a significant portion of the uranium enrichment services required by foreign-designed reactors. Techsnabexport was established in 1963 under the USSR Ministry of Foreign Trade to manage the state's export activities. For over 60 years, TENEX has successfully represented Russia’s nuclear industry on the global market, upholding its flawless reputation as a reliable supplier. The World Atomic Week International Forum, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Russian nuclear industry, is being held at Moscow VDNKh from 25 to 28 September 2025. The Forum organized by Rosatom, includes the exhibition of the achievements of the Russian nuclear industry and its partners. The business program features thematic tracks such as "Affordable Clean Energy"; "Industrial Innovations: Improving Production"; "Ecology: Making the Planet Cleaner"; "Advanced Medicine: Protecting Human Health"; "Digital Breakthrough"; "Mobility: Logistics Without Borders"; "Comfortable Environment" and "Science and Education: Driver of Progress". The youth program (from 27 to 28 September) includes the scientific and educational marathon "Knowledge. Pioneers” organized by the Russian society Knowledge within the framework of the national project "Youth and Children". The Forum also includes the II Youth Festival "Composites Without Borders".
