Moscow, September 25, 2025 – during the World Atomic Week, Medscan Group, one of the leaders on the Russian market of private healthcare, and the Russian-Arab Business House have signed a memorandum of cooperation. The agreement is aimed at developing medical tourism for patients from Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and other Arab countries – for them to be able to receive medical care at Medscan clinics in Russia.
The goal of the partnership is to create a comprehensive system of medical tourism – from informing potential patients and arranging their stay in Russia to providing a full cycle of world-class medical services. The Russian-Arab Business House will be responsible for organizational and legal support in the region, while Medscan will provide patients with medical care from a wide range of specialties.“For us, this agreement

global medical tourism, and our partnership with the Russian-Arab Business House
will create a strong and reliable “bridge of healthcare” for patients from

spectrum of advanced medical solutions – from precise diagnostics to high-tech
treatment – which will be combined with a high level of service and a
comfortable stay in Russia,” underlined Timur Mubarakshin, CEO of

In the foreseeable future, the two parties plan to elaborate further on joint projects, which includes hosting informational events for the medical community and potential patients in Arab countries.
