"The Novolakskaya WPS construction project in the Republic of Dagestan is a landmark for the domestic renewable energy industry. Firstly, with a design capacity of 300 MW, this wind farm will become the largest in Russia. Secondly, the Novolakskaya WPS is the first facility built as part of the second stage of the Russian renewable energy investment incentive program, and the launch of this power plant will launch large-scale commissioning planned for the next six years. The tight timeframe in which the State Atomic Energy Rosatom team completed the construction of this large-scale project is also noteworthy; just over a year has passed since the foundation was poured. I wish the Rosatom team a successful launch and long, trouble-free operation!"
